Ever wonder what a Cor anglais style bell would sound like on a standard oboe? Me too! That why I developed this proportionally sized bulbous bell for oboe. I definitely notice a slight difference in tone, especially around the lower notes. I have two models available, a cheaper model with no key (meaning the lowest note is low B) and a limited number of bells featuring a silver plated metal low Bb key with a low Bb vent. Made of a high density synthetic material. Please measure your bell socket before placing an order, if needed I can do custom sizes as well. Note that like with any bell the key may need adjustments to work with your particular instrument.
