Sometimes it’s just not meant to be. Fortunately we offer a no questions asked return policy on undamaged accessories (digital products not included). Simply reach out here and state that you would like to return your accessory. You will be given a return address and have 10 days from the delivery date to return it. Once received it will be inspected for damage and a refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please note: there is a 10% fee on all returned accessories and a 5% fee on clarinets or other instruments (or 10% if paying with Afterpay), this is to cover the non-refundable fees that the payment processors on this site use as well as cleaning and sanitization. Also please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, you will need to work with your local government to obtain a refund for any import taxes/VAT if applicable.
